The short version: I only use your details to read your project and reply to you. Here's the longer version.

Who's behind this site

This site is run by Kreativo Studio by Gya. You can reach me at contact@kreativobygya.com.

My full business details are on my offers and invoices.

What I collect

Only what you type into the project form: your name, email, business name, website, a description of your project and your budget range.

Besides that, there's just the basic info a site needs to keep working and stay free of spam. Nothing hidden.

What I do with it

I read your message and reply to you. If we end up working together, I use your details for the project and for invoices.

I never sell your data, and I don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

How long I keep it

If nothing comes out of your inquiry, I delete it after 12 months.

If we work together, I keep what the accounting rules require.

Who sees it

Just me, plus the services that host this site and deliver my emails. They only handle your data to keep things running.

Some of them may be outside the EU, so I only use ones that protect your data properly.

Curious which services I use? Just ask and I'll tell you: contact@kreativobygya.com.

Your say in it

You can ask to see, fix or delete your data anytime at contact@kreativobygya.com. I reply within a month.

If you ever feel I handled something the wrong way, you can also contact the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro). If you live outside Romania, you can contact the data protection authority in your own country instead.

Cookies

The site works fine without optional ones. Anonymous visit stats only load if you press Accept, and you can change your mind anytime from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

If this changes

I'll update the date at the top of this page.
